About This Project

As part of my work with Reflectair, I liaised with the product design and engineering team to produce (writing, design and layout) this technical user manual that ships with a UV air sterilization product. Compiling this document demanded a high degree of attention to detail, research into applicable regulatory standards, troubleshooting of potential user issues, and other challenges thrown up in the technical writing arena.
